Tryout Fee: $25 All age groups

Club Fees:   $350  for 14’s 16’s and 18s (All players 7th grade and up)
                      $200 for 12’s (5th and 6th)
                     *Club Fee Due Jan 29, 2012

Before tryouts players must register as a new player or renew as a previous player:

When registering you must choose "Cape Cod Juniors" as your club (it will appear in a dropdown) . For Membership Type please select "Juniors Girls". You must click on all the Waivers and Codes. A parent or guardian must submit a valid license number to finalize the process. YOU WILL NOT PAY ANY FEES AT THIS TIME. The fee for NERVA is submitted by your club if you are chosen for a team.

   Please print and complete in full. Bring this with you to the tryout.

Age Divisions:  
Please check for your age group and note that younger players can play at an older division but older players cannot play at a younger division.

18 and Under Division:
Players who were born on or after September 1, 1993       
or
Players who were born on or after September 1, 1992 and a high school student in the twelfth (12th) grade or below during some part of the current academic year

16 and Under Division:
Players who were born on or after September 1, 1995

14 and Under Division:
Players who were born on or after September 1, 1997

12 and Under Division
Current 5th and 6th Graders
