Register below for the Cape Cod Juniors 2026 Club Season!!!

ATTENTION PARENTS/PLAYERS!!! You MUST complete all 3 steps IN THIS ORDER for your player to be registered for tryouts!! 

To complete registration you will need:

• STEP 1.) A PARENT SPORTSENGINE ACCOUNT. Anyone under the age of 18 must have a parent account for forms, payments and waivers. NO EXCEPTIONS. Players-DO NOT create accounts for your parents! THEY must login and add you/complete all registrations on your behalf. You will SIT OUT tryouts if your parents do not have their own account and register you with it BEFORE the day of tryouts.
• STEP 2.) A 2025-2026 USAV/NERVA MEMBERSHIP: this is legally required for ANY player trying out or playing club season. It is purchased EVERY year and your player WILL NOT be allowed to tryout if they do not have a current USAV/NERVA Membership.  Check your player's 2026 Age Group Here: USAVolleyball Age Chart
• STEP 3.) A COMPLETED 2026 CAPE COD JUNIORS TRYOUT REGISTRATION: If you did steps #1 & #2 above, you can now complete the 2026 Tryout Registration Form.
  • Once you click the Registration link, the PARENT (or player OVER age 18) will be required to login to your SportsEngine account and it will walk you through the easy registration. 
     

CAUTION PLAYERS & PARENTS: *You MUST complete ALL steps above and have ALREADY purchased your USAV/NERVA membership AND be registered BEFORE the day of tryouts!! If you do not, it will cause issues that may delay your child/you being placed on a team with Cape Cod Juniors and/or they may have to sit out tryouts!
